    Pre-Checklist
    • 1

Choose between wired and wireless devices for training and operational purposes

Wired: Connecting PC and TV together allows managers to check in real time the trainee's progress (recommended for 1 to 3 units)
Wireless type: It is a type that is experienced with a single headset, and it is difficult to check the screen if you do not use a separate CMS program and mirroring function (recommended for large-scale deployments (up to 40 units))

      Select the content you want

Peligood's industrial safety, disaster safety, disability experience, job experience, metaverse VR, and selection of about 20 contents
    • 3

Select the device type and simulator developed in conjunction with the desired content

      Wire : Vibe Pro 2
      Wireless : Meta Quest3, Meta Quest3S, Pico4, Pico4 Ultra
Meta : Frequent UI/UX updates and potential inconsistencies due to its consumer-centric nature, along with limited support for enterprise (B2B) services
PICO : Support Enterprise (B2B) Services, but Relatively High Amount Compared to Meta

Content Composition

It is a scenario in which a dangerous situation occurs because the upper material is not properly fixed while the operator is lifting the material using a tower crane, and a drop accident occurs due to material separation during repeated work. After that, analyze the cause of the accident and check essential safety measures such as material fixing procedures, wearing safety equipment, and disposition of signal numbers. This content is designed to help you feel the risk of material lifting and the importance of safety based on real-world situations.

  • STEP 1Cause of accident

A worker working on the lower part near the tower crane is seen, and a steel pipe material is being lifted from the upper part in a bad state of fastening. Check the animation suggesting the risk of falling and the possibility of an accident through footage of material shaking and moving unstably during lifting

  • STEP 2Operation Start (Interaction)

The user performs the work of lifting the steel pipe material using the tower crane, checks the fastening status of the material before lifting, and proceeds with the lifting procedure through a signal receiver. At the same time, another worker is performing pipe cleaning and loading operations in the lower part to check the position of the worker and the surrounding situation together

  • STEP 3Falling object(accident experience)

While lifting the steel pipe material, the fastening was loose, so the material shook in the air and eventually broke off and fell down. Workers who were organizing pipes below will experience an accident where they are not able to evacuate and are injured by falling objects

  • STEP 4Confirmation of safety measures

Check various safety measures to prevent falling accidents and experience essential safety rules to prevent accidents such as compliance with material fixing procedures, signal arrangement, and safety inspection procedures before work. After an accident, check safety measures such as correct material fixing procedures, signal placement, and wearing safety equipment once again, and practice systematic work procedures to prevent accidental accidents

4-axis motion simulator
The four-axis motion simulator developed by Ferrygood was developed in conjunction with 11 types of industrial safety VR (Safety Plus) and can realistically reproduce situations such as falling accidents. A motion platform based on four axes enables precise impact response and provides an immersive experience. The experience space is made of a ring-shaped round sphere and is designed to safely protect users from falls or shocks that may occur during the experience.

Q&A I already have a system built by a third party, can I buy only the software separately?

Yes, it's possible.

Even if it is no longer possible to support the existing system due to maintenance interruptions or production closures, if it is compatible with the HMD (VR device) owned by the customer, we can provide only our software separately. If the device model name is not confirmed or the information is uncertain because it has been built for a long time, we will provide technical review and consulting on whether or not it can be linked by just delivering a picture of the built VR device.
